Thanksgiving is a time to celebrate, visit with friends and family, and be thankful! So we wanted to share a little more about us, and why we’re so thankful to be a part of the Frisco community.
The Village Jewelers Story
It all started in 1981 when Phillip Samuels opened the first Village Jewelers in Dallas. We began with one store which successfully grew into a chain of six locations operating in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex.
As many of you know, Village Jewelers wasn’t always the local store it is now. In fact, for over 30 years, Phillip and his family had a larger business model and were household names in diamonds and quality in the Dallas Metroplex.
However, they felt they could better serve their community on a more personal level if they narrowed down to just one location, kept it local, and kept their overhead and pricing low, all while keeping their quality high! So they decided to close down all of their locations and start working out of their headquarters near the Galleria Mall.
Of course, they passed those lower company expenses on to the community, offering the lowest prices for the best diamonds and fine, custom jewelry in Dallas. In fact, Village Jewelers is without a doubt the best value in the state of Texas for custom jewelry, diamonds, engagement rings, and more!

Our Passion
Though we love all of the jewelry in our cases, our custom jewelry holds a special place in our hearts as both jewelers and artists! We love creating that one unique piece for a client, either for themselves or so they can gift it and see the joy on the receiver’s face.
